Later in the year Lowewood Museum will be holding an exhibition of toys and their stories from the local area. We are launching an appeal to those living within the Borough of Broxbourne to submit applications to be included in the exhibition. Please note this is not an exhibition of collectables, we are looking for the stories of toys in the borough. Do you have a toy which has been in your family for a long time? Do you remember playing with a toy as a child and where it was it came from?

A team of volunteers at the museum will be working to select toys for the exhibition. If you have a toy which you feel may be of interest, then please submit an application form. You can do this in one of two ways

N.B Please do not drop toys at the museum as we are unable to store them. Toys selected for display will be on a loans basis only. Toys must be available to the museum until Jan 2025.
